ALL INCOMING SIXTH GRADE STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED BY AL. STATE LAW TO HAVE
THE IMMUNIZATION, Tdap. STUDENTS WILL BE DENIED SCHOOL ADMISSION AND
CANNOT GET THEIR CLASS SCHEDULE WITHOUT PROOF OF THIS IMMUNIZATION.
PLEASE BRING THE CURRENT PROOF OF IMMUNIZATION TO THE SCHOOL OFFICE
AS SOON AS YOUR CHILD GETS HIS OR HER UPDATE.
