ALL INCOMING SIXTH GRADE STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED BY AL. STATE LAW TO HAVE

THE IMMUNIZATION, Tdap.    STUDENTS WILL BE DENIED SCHOOL ADMISSION AND

CANNOT GET THEIR CLASS SCHEDULE WITHOUT PROOF OF THIS IMMUNIZATION.

PLEASE BRING THE CURRENT PROOF OF IMMUNIZATION TO THE SCHOOL OFFICE

 AS SOON AS YOUR CHILD GETS HIS OR HER UPDATE.

Tardy Policy-

                                                        5 Unexcused Tardies Per Semester (Aug.- Jan./ Jan. - June)

                                                        Tardy 4- Parental Contact

                                                        Tardy 5- Referral and CHINS (Child in Need of Supervision)

                                                        Tardy 6- Additional Referral

 

Absentee Policy

                                                        5 Written Notes per year-

                                                        Must have Doctor's Excuse  After 5th Written Excuse

                                                        5 Unexcused Absences- Early Warning Chins Meeting

                                                        7th Unexcused Absence- Juvenile Court
